Over the last forty years, my wife and I purchased and sold many homes. We have had some disappointments in dealing with Realtors when selling our homes. They seemed to do very little advertising and put forth any effort to sell our property.
 
When Loetta approached us , we were hesitant to list, because we were looking for a fast sale. She convinced us she could get our price and that she would put in the necessary effort to get it sold. In fact, she was so positive and kept in contact with us that we decided to give her the listing.
 
She was always positive even when very few people would come to her open house. She was always “upbeat” and kept encouraging us.
