Over the last forty years, my wife and I purchased and sold many homes. We have had some disappointments in dealing with Realtors when selling our homes. They seemed to do very little advertising and put forth any effort to sell our property.

I, James G. Jensen most recently engaged your Sales Person Ms. Loetta Richter to act on my Behalf in locating and implementing purchase if a Townhouse in the City of St. George.
 
In my estimation, She is head and shoulders above all the other sales agents I have worked with and who worked on my sales force in austin, Texas. I was a Texas Real Estate Broker 154002 for nearly 40 years.
 
Ms. Richter is extremely knowledgable of the St. George Area. Intelligently answering my questions without delay or beating around the bush. She listened to what I wanted within my price range..... Then she located the ideal property.
 
She let my daughter review the property and discussed the purchase with me.
 
I made a FAIR OFFER to the seller through Ms. Richter. All the contracts were rapidly completed (via telephone & fax communications) with my best interests protected. I entrusted her with a very large earnest money deposit to Southern Utah Title. Ms. Richter advised the need of an inspection and she went the extra mile by engaging the inspector on my behalf.
 
Ms. Richter promptly replied to my many email questions and requests...there was no delay evenings and weekends.
 
Through her efforts I wired the balance of the purchase price to the title company. all this time, I was at my Summer home in Richfield, Ut. My wife flew in from Austin, Texas and we traveled to St. George to an excellent no nonense closing. We then reviewd the property and were/are EXTREMELY DELIGHTED WITH THE UNIT.
